Replaced broken filter
The price was right anbd it fitted correctly.
The item arrived within the delivery period, fitted correctly into my Hotpoint tumble dryer, and works effectively.The price was very good compared with that of genuine Hotpoint parts.
Poor quality
Mesh at front of filter wasn't fully stuck down leaving a gap. Ordered a genuine part from Hotpoint instead (at twice the price). Bolo refund process excellent though.
One third of the way to failing at the first time being used
Not yet contacted the seller.Given the above detail it would be unreasonable to add any adverse comments about anything except the quality of the product itself.The item arrive ahead of the quoted Bolo delivery date. The product was of a poorer quality than the previous filter. After one session one of the three plastic hinges had broken. Not a good start with a new product that had failed after five years or more use.Hoping the seller will be as responsive handling the defect as they were shipping this unit.
