i Have an underactive thyroid and taking daily medication, that didnt nothing to improve my symptoms , i Have spent 15 yrs with hot flushes worse once the weather warmed up, my nails split all the time , and my hair was thin, .. well this weekend was a scorcher and for the first time in all these years i was not dripping with sweat and my hair was soaking wet , , my nails are finally growing and not pealing off and my hair is thicker,, it hasnt helped with the night sweats the lack of sleep or the weight gain , but i will settle for no hot sweats in the summer ,, they are worth trying , they dont smell very nice , but they have made a big differce for me ,. and hopefully they will help with the sleep and weight control when ive been on them a bit longer,.. GIVE THEM A TRY XX

Seems to be a quality UK produced product received in a recycled glass container. All ingredients well documented and an excellent combination. Too early notice any resulting amelioration in health. May 2018 and I'm ordering 2nd lot of this product. It's had positive effects I hadn't expected such as menstrual periods without pain or headaches.

These certainly don't do any harm and I think I have been feeling better since starting on them. I use them every day. My GP lowered my thyroxine dose to less than I felt happy with a year ago and Ihave since raised myself to an extra half pill on alternate days (I have been on thyroxine since age 5) but I didn't want to overdo it in that way, so felt these would support my thyroid for the remainder of the shortfall.

I was told I didn't have a thyroid problem. I have felt ill for some time. Out of desperation having tried every thing else, my husband told me to try something for the thyroid just to see if it could offer relief. I'm so glad I tried these. They have worked! I'm feeling better after a few days. Brilliant!

These have made me extremely constipated so I had to stop taking them. Maybe it's the iron content , had to throw away the rest of the bottle
