We had a very surprise arrival of 3 platy fry as none of the fish looked remotely pregnant so had to get something quickly. We are new to having fish so getting something quick and cheaply was a must. It fits perfectly in our 25ltr tank without taking up much space. I thought the fry might be able to squeeze through the water gaps but they can’t.The suction cups are tiny but so far they have done the job, hopefully they can withstand being moved when I need to do a water change.Arrived within 24hrs so would definitely recommend the product. Just a shame the delivery drivers can’t be trusted. I ordered this and a tablet to arrive at the same time. My delivery slot came and went but had a delivery confirmation saying it was handed to myself. I immediately reported it saying I didn’t have it and miraculously both parcels were delivered 5 hours later damaged and open. Thankfully nothing was missing.

Had to replace suckers with our own. The suckers that came with it are tiny and didn't hold. Also when my Guppy was giving birth the fry didn't fit through the slots I had to gently push them down so that the mother wouldn't eat them. Not a lot of room for the mother to swim. I feel that she was stressed in such a small area. Other than that it's ok. Only one fry escaped through the slots at the side. I have invested in a netted hatching box with more room and more suckers on it. It would do if you need something quick in the mean time.

Sorry i wanted to like this but actually its a nightmare. The suckers that stick it onto the tank are tiny and fall off way wayy to easily the lid doesn't stay on so even when you catch your fish they leave. Its a good idea but needs some reworking...also the holes are a bit big for fry. The net options seem a better bet.

From a first glance, this product looks brill. It’s cheap, it’s cheerful and it does the job for a beginner however upon installing you soon realise it’s nothing but a short space of hell.I’m a beginner breeder when it comes to fish; it’s a new found passion I’m slowly diving myself into. I have had to pick this box up THREE times off the bottom of my tank and it’s only been installed 24 hours. I have gone down from around 15 babies to 4 due to them being eaten by my other fish.If you have time to keep an eye on something then maybe this product will be for you however I am thoroughly unsatisfied and I will be buying a different one from another supplier.TLDR :- Not worth the money- Keeps falling off/ Sliding down- Would make a better tank ornament than it’s actual use.

Was a little apprehensive at first due to the suckers being so small to attach to the glass but so far so good. Perfect size for our 40litre tank to house some small fry.**update**it is okay for short term use but the suckers do keep falling off which is slightly frustrating
