One thing to consider is the size you want, what's going inside them and where the boxes are going to be stored! Don't simply go for the largest if it's relatively cheaper. For example, I use the boxes to store CDs. These are heavy so -supposing you stack (say) 6 boxes, one on top of each other, and want to get a CD out of the bottom box- if it's a "faff" to do so because of the sheer weight of (say) the 50 litre boxes...you simply won't bother. I speak from experience!!Therefore, I use 18 litre boxes in this manner and (even with all those CD jewel cases...and YES I do intend to replace all the jewel cases with polypropylene sleeves!) the boxes are pretty easy to manage.Worth thinking about because the quality, build and convenience of the Really Useful Boxes is excellent.

I ordered 3 18l boxes which arrived in 3 packages a bit loose in oversized and a bit squished boxes - the really useful box is a lot stronger than the packaging as each box was pristine. I got 2 of the 18l boxes for CD storage as my music is now on a server. I put CDs in plastic wallets which more than halves the storage space needed (I junked the crystal aka polystyrene cases). With so many CDs (400?) each box is really quite heavy. The bottom of the boxes handled the weight tho sagged a little on lifting. The boxes won't go under one of our beds as the lids add a lot of height to the boxes. CDs are about 13cm tall as stored and the box adds over 50% to that height of the 18l box - to almost 20cm. It means smaller boxes are less efficient in use of storage volume. Really useful box - yes - just measure carefully. Value is so-so. You might find something at a DIY store for less.

Deliverd promptly by DPD, so arrived in immaculate condtion. The description and sizes were accurately listed on Bolo.These are really tough stackable storage boxes which clip shut and are easy to carry, even when heavy. I have stopped buying cheaper boxes as they always break! Will buy again!

Immer wieder tolle Boxen
Ich habe inzwischen mein gesamtes Arbeitsmaterial in Really Useful Boxes. Sie sind super verarbeitet, sehr stabil und lassen sich sicher stapeln. Die Kombination versichiedener Größen könnte noch verbesserrt werden, aber solange man bei einer Grundfläche bleibt geht das super.

Habe mir die Boxen zugelegt um einige CDs meiner riesigen Sammlung im Keller zu lagern und archivieren.CDs passen super in 3 Reihen in die Box. BluRays und DVDs passen aber auch ideal. Inhalt ist super von aussen lesbar(so, als wären die CDs im Regal).Boxen sehr stabil mit Griffen und stapelbar. Werde mir wahrscheinlich noch welche zulegen müssen.Top-Produkt!!!
