L-Carnatine is one of several natural amino acids necessary for good muscle tone and overall stamina best taken on the orders of a doctor, qualified fitness trainer or medical herbalist, but can do no real harm in modest amounts so can be taken safely by anyone. When taken regularly it’s also clinically proven to reduce high levels of cortisol, which builds up when you’re under stress for sustained periods and which can be damaging to the nervous and muscular systems.This 1kg pack of L-Carnatine from 'Peak Supps' is the largest size commonly available. The product is easy to use/store and supplied in a large, soft re-sealable pouch. It’s a fine-grain white powder which you simply scoop into water or some other liquid and swallow, and takes about an hour for the body to absorb. The conventional wisdom is that you should not take multiple AAs (L-glycine, L-lysine etc) at the same time but space them out, as they compete for enzymes during the absorption process.

Reviews for vitamins are hard since there's no way of telling whats in the bag and they have no significant effects to determine what it is but overall seems fine.Slightly sour/bitter white powder, works quite well if mixed with cordial.Taken for a few days with no negative effects. No fake positive effects eg. caffeine spikingWould be nice to get a scoop in the bag to portion it out.

Isn't the best flavour, and also there's no scoop inside, how much I suppose to know how much is it 1g of carnitine? No, 1 TSP isnt 1g.
