Okay, so its early days (3) but my energy has risen and is very level throughout the day. Lots of my muscle and joint pains have disappeared. This is the only thing i have changed. I hope it is the methylated vits and it maintains👍

Have only been using these for a few weeks, so cannot leave a thorough review, but will update soon.First impressions- smell foul, taste foul, but when taken with some fresh orange you don’t notice it as much. Easy to swallow.Not noticed any positive side effects yet, but it’s early days. I’m also iron deficient so might not benefit properly until this is resolved. Initially, I noticed irritability and anxiety during the night. I read that this is because some B vitamins are stimulating, so I stopped taking them on an evening and changed to a morning, and this has helped. Also taking vitamin D and ferrous fumarate. Will update once the iron deficiency is resolved so any true benefits can be noticed.

I am compound heterozygous (MTHFR ). Which is normally not a huge deal, but I also have a history of stroke and autoimmune activity as well as activated Epstein-Barr virus. It becomes a little more important to get the right B complex.If you are experiencing non-stop fatigue and cannot figure out why definitely ask your doctor about Epstein-Barr virus and getting tested along with having a test for MTHFR. I exhausted the other options and finally may have my answer. It seems that Covid may have reactivated my Epstein-Barr virus, which should remain dormant after having mono when I was a teenager 30 years ago.I was going to go with a different company until I realized that they had a different form of B6 then was ideal for someone with MTHFR.This brand has the form I wanted. Here is why:Confirm B6 FormIf the label just says “Pyridoxine” or “Vitamin B6” without specifying P-5-P, then it’s likely the inactive form (pyridoxine HCl).• Some people with MTHFR (or impaired liver detox) don’t convert pyridoxine well.• Look for P-5-P (pyridoxal-5-phosphate) — it’s gentler, active, and more effective for reducing homocysteine.Watch for Niacin Form & Dose• If it contains nicotinic acid, high doses can use up methyl groups and cause “niacin flush”• If it’s niacinamide or in small amounts, it’s usually fine• You don’t have to avoid it — just good to be aware, especially if you ever feel flushed or tired after taking it👀 this brand has the no flush niacin😁If you are positive for MTHFR be sure to research these things. I was pleased to find that this is a good choice.I have just started taking it for a couple of weeks. It is yellow of course I do not chew it so I do not know what the taste is, but it is fairly quick and I just take two at a time. It does say you can take them at two separate times.
