This has been a godsend during lockdown when I’m starved of body TLC. The size of this is perfect,, it’s sturdy but easy to position around my body. I had previously owned one of those larger ones that slings around your neck, but it was way too big and bulky and felt like I was dragging a dead carcass every time I wanted to reposition it.The metallic balls on this massager are solid enough to make me feel sore if I overdo it, but that's my issue: I can choose to lean hard into the device or go for a softer touch.Personally, I love the feeling of it working robustly between all my nooks and crannies, which is the point of deep tissue massage.The ball mechanism reverses its direction which is a treat, this really is effective to give you a good kneading in all the right places.I have it fixed on a chair and use it when working long stretches at my computer to loosen up. I position it up and down the chair to work on my upper and lower back as needed.Its hypnotic movement sometimes makes me nod off which I like because it's a sign I'm feeling very relaxed, and that's a bonus in anyone's life right now.I was worried the strap would be flimsy and not stretch wide enough to go over my chair back. But it's a tough elastic and fastens with strong velcro and sits securely and snugly on my chair.I'm probably slightly addicted to it but fortunately it does automatically stop after 15 mins. It needs to as it does heat up with prolonged use, but you can choose to have it on the cool setting.Highly recommend it.

What an amazing product this is, it's cured all my back tension and pulled muscles in my shoulders and back, tightness has gone and discomfort iv been experiencing for months on end. This is a wonderful little machine. highly recommended . Easy to use. Noise doesn't bother me either, so relaxing i love it. Best thing iv bought. Awesome.

This device is very powerful and gives a strong massage. I have very painful shoulders and the combination of the massage and the heat really makes a difference. It is approximately half the cost of an actual massage and more effective. Win win!

This is a replacement of an other shiatsu massage cushion (different make). Works tiny bit differently than the old one, as it stops for a second or so from time to time during the program and changes the direction of the movement. But that's all the difference it is. It is a good, strong massager, deserves a 5 star. I use it on my lower back and back of my neck, releases muscle tension every time.

I’ve suffered most of my life with neck shoulder and lumbar pain and this cushion works wonders. It gets into your tight shoulder blades, neck muscles and lumber (pretty nice on the buttocks and calves too!). The relief is amazing and it’s quiet and doesn’t vibrate. There’s a slight noise of the balls rotating but nothing that irritates. The.l balls rotate clockwise and anti clockwise, in turn.The heat option also provides great relief.My only suggestion would be for it to run off a USB too, to make it more versatile. We have a motorhome and I’d love for it to be functional from a USB or cigarette lighter.I would recommend this to anyone with aches and pains. 10/10

Easy to use, handy carrying strap and adapts easily for use in the car but the netting which covers the rotating bits is too fragile and tends to tear easily; it's coming away from the side on mine and I only bought it in January.
