The part I received was a genuine replacement littmann diaphragm. It arrived with two spare ear-buds for the stethoscope. It was in pristine condition in sealed littmann packaging. It was relatively easy to fit. The diaphragm I got was for the master cardiology which unlike the classic has ring of hard plastic which holds the diaphragm to the stethoscope. It can be a fidget to attach. It is worth taking your time to get it right first time as the diaphragm has a flexible plastic edge, which functions like a gasket but can easily be torn. I found placing the diaphragm into the ring and then gently working the ring onto the stethoscope was the best way. Make sure that the edge of the diaphragm doesn't lift as you go otherwise the stethoscope will not have effective seal and you'll have to start again risking tearing the edge of the diaphragm as your pull of the ring. It took minutes to fit and now works better than the one I had before. The seal is extremely tight. I was very pleased with my purchase, cheaper on Bolo then anywhere else and with excellent levels of customer service. A little note for the uninitiated. All littmann diaphragm's come with a tiny hole in the dead centre. This is normal. Was present on my original stethoscope and is not a design fault or a sign the product is not original.

Even though I ordered the correct model 3M, the rim was too loose to my bell. It is not rubber rim as well.

Great replacement parts/repair kit
Product was the same as advertised; the diaphragm is an excellent fit to my stethoscope, my stethoscope looks brand new now and is functional once again. Quality feels good.
