So the soup itself is very tasty but apparently serves 4... It can... but it's a watery flavourless mess if you do it that way. Instead cook it for 2 people! It says 900ml of water, ignore that, use 600ml instead, cook for 5 mins as advised and it's done. The packet includes about 15 of the tiniest chicken cubes i've ever seen, so unless you have the appetite of a field mouse you will want to add your own chicken. I just use a handful of left over shredded chicken which is more than enough. Add a generous squeeze of lemon and it's perfection. Super quick and tasty and a great low calorie meal option for anyone dieting. Enjoy!
