These are a bit too nice. I bought them for a boost while I was out walking, but now I have to fight to get them before the family eats the lot.Each bar is 82kcal and individually wrapped. They're light, chocolatey, and very moreish.I've included the ingredients from the box, as they're a bit different from the Bolo listing.INGREDIENTS: Rice (33%), vegetable oils (palm, coconut) in varying proportions, sweetened condensed skimmed milk (10%) (skimmed milk, sugar), glucose syrup, sugar, starch, invert sugar syrup, fat reduced cocoa powder, whey powder (milk), skimmed milk powder (3%), fructose, oligofructose, humectants (glycerol, sorbitol), calcium carbonate, barley malt extract, salt, emulsifiers (soy lecithins), vanilla extract, natural flavourings, antioxidants (ascorbyl palmitate, alpha tocopherol), niacin, iron, vitamin B6, riboflavin, thiamin, vitamin D, folic acid, vitamin B12.May contain allergens: gluten from other cereals.

My family love this bar. My kids they love to eat breakfast time. 😋 this bar is so tasty. Good cereal bar. These bars are made with the flavor of Coco Pops cereal, which is known for its chocolatey taste.

Get these on subscription as they’re great for lunch boxes not that they last long, so I ususally buy a selection very tasty
