I always try and buy Viridian when I can because its a UK company and manufactured in the UK. I like the fact that they add some Siberian Ginseng to this product. 1 or 2 tablets a day is effective.

I think these are very good for stress and work quickly , however since taking them I have developed a headache , so researched and this can be a side effect. Started off with two a day but went down to one at night, but then the next day I get a headache. Not sure to persevere but they definitely do help with stress and palpatations .

I am extremely impressed with this Veridian product! This product has been a total game-changer for me. Not only has it helped me sleep better at night, but I no longer wake up in the middle of the night like I used to. As a result, I feel much more rested and focused during the day. I've noticed a significant difference in my overall well-being since starting to take two capsules per day. I have tried similar products from other companies in the past, but none of them seemed to work as well for me. I've only just ordered it again. I believe the key difference is the mixing of Ashwagandha with Siberian ginseng. Thank you, Veridian, for creating such a wonderful product!
