Bought this for my 84 year old Mum as an emergency phone. Impossible for her to set up an account, download app (phone is not a smart phone), passwords, codes etc. i topped up her phone but the credit doesn’t show in the app. Maybe straightforward for younger, more tech savvy people but for elderly nontechnical people a nightmare.

Firstly I can't comment on the network as I bought this for the sim adapters to fit a micro sim to a standard (old style) sim and it worked fine though a bit tricky to prize out 😉

This SIM card will fit all types of mobiles new and old if you look close very close at the SIM card you will notice that the micro SIM card is encased inside 2 adapters so once you have taken the SIM card out of the first SIM card adapter that fits into your old style mobile phones you will notice another adapter with a faint perforated line around the micro SIM card that makes it into a nano SIM card press the case then your micro card will come out from the caseing

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS.
DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM IF YOU ARE VISITING THE U.K. Vodaphone is awful. After installing this SIM card in my mobile, I spent twenty pounds for a "top-up" to use while in the U.K. and was unable to use any of it. Either the service was not available, or the top-up credit expired before I could use it. A total waste of money! The U.K. mobile phone service is very different from the U.S. system and Vodaphone does nothing to help you understand and use the system. They just send you mile-long text messages that are meaningless. If you need mobile phone service while in the U.K., go to a local provider and ask for advice.
