In these 20 years I bought Premiere and UK Sumeet mixes and blenders. These ones did not last for more than 2 years after use of minimal use of 3 times a week for maximum of 5 minutes (of course with a break every 30 seconds)When I opened the box, it was really smelly (horrible smell). After inspecting the main jar, I could see minute rusting on the big jar and blade.The bottom line is, this product is really good, with a strong motor. Excellent for Dosas, Idlies, Chutneys and such things. Less noise compared to Sumeet UK and Premiere brands.I strongly recommend this product from this seller.Will I buy this product again?Well, of course YESSSSSSSSSSSSS

Hi,I would not recommend this product for anybody not even for free as this blender didn't even work right from the word go. Look at the box that come with the item that doesn't even look brand new as it is looking dodgy as well. What's wrong with Bolo? this is how you treat your customers as I had to wait 2 months for the initial order to be cancelled and then second time around this happened? I want the money to be reimburse immediately.

I have grown up using Sumeet Mixer and so when I saw this available to be delivered in the UK was so happy. Let me just say here I have used a phillips for over 7 years and needed to be replaced as it finally went bust. I ordered it and it arrived. ALL GOOD.After two uses the Mixer Base broke into many pieces. Photo will be provided if needed, It has stopped working. THIS IS CERTAINLY THE WORST PRODUCT I HAVE BOUGHT AND THE SELLER HAS NOT RESPONDED. BEWARE DO NOT USE THIS SELLER, YOU WILL REGRET IT.

Pls do not buy this product. It keeps breaking the jar and it’s parts. I owned this item for past two months but changed the jar and it’s parts twice already. I have not done my home work before buying it…

I never thought I would do this. Sumeet products were good before but now I should warn you of their cheap quality plastic they use. I mean the connectors which interlocks the machine and the jar. It wears off in no time. (mine first time after trying Dosa mix) . I have had their older version for many years. I was really disappointed this time. The dealer from Bolo gave me a full refund. But thats not my point. There are many customers out there who needs to be warned. I wrote to the parent company Sumeet. Not for any compensation just mere advise. They did not have the basic courtesy to respond. I will try butterfly or some other brand now.
