Good quality and easy to fit, it is worth paying more for the better brand because in my experience the cheaper ones eventually rust.This fitted well, I screwed them to the wall, I didn't try the extra syrine attachment so can comment on the suitability although it could be beneficial to those without a drill. Can lift up the hook to insert the toilet roll so it is ideal for an enclosed space like ours which is in place between the toilet cistern and shower so need to be able to lift to insert the toilet roll. Easy to clean, good qulaity finish and attractive, not too ostentatious and blends in well as a toilet roll holder should.

I am delighted with this product which is robust and yet elegant, practical and yet enhances the bathroom. Whilst slightly more expensive that other similar products there is no question that it represents good value for money.A good purchase!

This is a really nice toilet roll holder made of solid chrome (not plastic). Easy to fit and looks lovely in my new bathroom. Well worth the money.

I now only use Grohe accessories for the following reasons:1. The quality of the chrome is impeccable2. They are extremely good value3. They come with everything you need including fixings4. The fixing system has zero wobble or flex, they fit to the wall very sturdily5. They come in a nice anti scratch bag :)

Great quality of material used, but pointless as most toilet rolls are too big to fit on the holder. Eventually it will start pulling the whole holder out of the wall. Better to look at another product as we found out 6 months down and line and money thrown away.

I've bought this paper holder to match other Grohe items I already have in the bathroom. It was easy to install (drill two holes), looks very modern and stylish. I was surprised that Grohe have now started to supply a plastic wall mount bracket when they used to be metal so only time will tell whether plastic is strong enough or not. Several reviews have commented that the metal bar which holds the paper has come loose. This can be fixed ! If you remove the large Allen screw on the back of the holder there is a much smaller Allen screw beneath which can be tightened to re-secure the bar. Would I buy this again..........yes.
