I take one tablet mid-evening with a snack and a very large glass of water. In a week I feel a lightening of the heavy mood that often accompanies the latter part of my menstrual cycle (could be placebo but I really don't mind).Not a hugely overpriced supplement so worth a try!

I use this for my PCOS symptoms - mostly acne and weight gain. I use it with a combination of N-acetylcysteine. I stopped taking it year ago because I noticed my skin cleared up and I lost weight. As soon as I stopped this combo, painful cystic acne came back and I gained 7 kilos. I'm back on it and can already notice a difference in my skin and my food cravings. It usually takes 3 months to appreciate the difference in skin and weight. I would post pics but don't want to expose how bad my face was. You should also try drinking spearmint tea as well. I think adding this to my daily routine really helped.

If you are struggling to get pregnant these tablets are definitely worth a try!! I took these tablets solely to help me loose weight as I suffer with PCOS and needed something to help shift the pounds. I had the Copper coil in and after a few months of taking these tablets I found myself pregnant with TWINS!!! I now have 2 beautiful daughters. My friend was also struggling to get pregnant, I recommended these tablets and now she is 16 weeks pregnant with a baby girl. Could not recommend enough if you are trying to get pregnant!!!

So I did a lot of research before buying an inositol product. This was the best priced for this strength. Finding anything around 1000mg was quite difficult. Personally the product didn’t work for me after a few months BUT I’m going to stick with it. Good quality product nonetheless. Size is a medium large pill for those like myself who struggle to swallow tablets! A little on the big size but quite well coated so not too bad!

My GP recommended Inofolic (Inositol and Folic Acid) for cellular fertility support. When researching online I realised that Inofolic is usually in sachet form, which is inconvenient for me, and the tablet form I found on the market is VERY expensive, and sold in much smaller packs (usually only 30 pills/sachets for upwards of £22-30+ ). I decided to switch things up and take Inositol and Folic Acid separately, as this was much cheaper and I could get bigger packs for less, with the same physical benefits.One thing which concerned me about these (and other similar tablets) before purchasing was the size of each tablet. I don't consider myself as someone who has difficulty swallowing tablets, but big tablets like these can often be dry, chalky and difficult to swallow, sticking to the back of your throat and being generally unpleasant in flavour. These are nothing like that! They're GREAT! The tablets have no discernible taste, and have a nice coating making them easy to take, and cost a fraction of the price. Would definitely recommend these.

Superb for calming mental irritability! Works on GABA receptors and calms things down nicely. *Never take straight GABA supplements as the molecules are to big to cross the blood brain barrier and sadly if you get an effect from them, you have a leaky brain! Scientists call this the ‘gaba Challenge’ to determine a leaky brain. Much better to take inositol and other supplements that do cross the BBB and work on GABA receptors better :) I also combine this with CDP Choline as they work well together

I was taking 8 500mg capsules a day! Not good! I am taking it to try to restore fertility and ovulation for my PCOS. It's said to work for that in 12 weeks of taking it along with 400mcg folic acid. Although, only 200mcg is needed. The folic acid is a must with the plain inositol treatment! Otherwise, one might want to look for Pregnitude supplement instead as it has the folic acid already in it. So far i have been taking it for 2 weeks and don't expect to see much change in my mensies and fertility yet. I am also taking Shatavari 1500mg, Vitex 1200mg, Spearmint 1200mg (to lower androgen levels such as testosterone and help control hair growth in manly places that no female should have to ever deal with. Ugh! Which is said works within 1 month) and soon will be adding Ovarian Glandular and Estro8PN to the self treatment for PCOS. Those are the proper dosages to treat PCOS. I am also trying to concieve. Hopefully, sometime soon after the 3 month treatment, i will get a positive ovulation test result. When i first introduced inositol to my system, it gave me gas but that went away. I also noticed i am not gaining a lot of weight. Although, i am not concerned with losing weight at the moment. So, it's helping maintain my weight. I will revise this review in 3 months time to give it one more star or take down stars if it works or doesn't work. I am very hopeful that it is doing something for my hormonal issues as i do believe it has induced hot flashes in me. Taking this stuff does take longer than a month to be effective. That's the only drawback. My father really wants a grandbaby before he leaves this earth and i am really hoping all of these things will help restore me without having to spend thousands on a fertility doctor. 2-4000mg is the dose for PCOS therapy. So, i only need to take 4 of these instead of 8. Yikes! LolUpdate: After taking this for 2 to 4 years on and off and now, routinely for about 1 year and switched up the other supplements I take with this, i have finally got the bleeds again! I have been taking Vitex(Chasteberry)2 capsules, Ovarian Glandular 2 capsules, Evening Primrose 2 capsules 2,000mg, Folic Acid 1 pill 400mcg and other standard vitamins my body lacks like vitamin A and Biotin, I finally got back some semblance of a period back! Although, my body tends to get too used to the same dosages after awhile, once i started adding one more pill of the Inositol which is now 5,000mg, that was the miracle. The only bad thing was the unpredictable start of the blood flow being that I haven’t bleed in over 5 years, I certainly didn’t expect it coming. Honestly, adding the Ovarian Glandular to this is what got me the results I needed because before when i was taking this alone and with other stuff, minus the Ovar Gland, I didn’t get any results at all. So, take this, play around with the dosages and other supplements in addition to and just wait and see what your body wants to respond to. It may take years or it may take only months. All I can say is it has worked out for me, FINALLY. 😊

Using to balance hormones.

I'm using this supplement twice a day to try and reduce negative symptoms coming off the combined pill after a decade. I have been taking this for about a week now after stopping the pill 2 weeks ago. My energy levels are really good, I'm falling asleep quickly, and my skin is clear so far. I expect negative symptoms to peak between 4 and 6 months, so I will update this review as I reach certain milestones.Edit 1: I've been taking this for 2 months now. My energy levels and sleep are still good. My skin had a little breakout 1 month in, but has settled to just 1 spot on my chin. I do believe my skin would be doing much worse without this supplement. I'll update again at the 4 month mark.Edit 2: I'm 3 and a half months in now, a little early, but I am ordering another bottle so I thought I'd update again. Since the last update, my menstrual cycle has come back! The time between cycles is a little on the long side, 35 to 40 days, but that seems to be reducing. My skin has been okay, some acne popping up in the week before and week of my period but nothing horrific. My energy levels and mood have been up and down, but they seem consistent with what you would expect in a monthly hormone normal cycle. I keep track of this stuff using the Stardust app so I can understand it all a bit more. I'll update again when at 5-6 months, but I certainly won't be going off this any time soon!

I was pleasantly surprised that this inositol came in tablet form not capsules. I usually cannot stomach capsule because I can taste residue left over but these tablets work amazing and don't give me any bad taste in my mouth. They are pretty compacted in and aren't chalky, they are smooth to touch and can go down easily with a glass of water. I have to take 4000mg for what I am treating myself for and have not noticed anything in particular yet, but then again its only been a day and inositol needs a while to work overall. I have high hopes for this product. I bought about 2 months worth of it and was happy they allowed me to order multiple products because it makes it easier than one month at a time. So now I'm set for a couple of months until my next order which I look forward to and look forward to seeing potential results.

I bought this about 8 days ago and decided to immediately start taking them. There were a couple of days that I've only taken one pill, but mostly I do one in the afternoon and one around dinner. I want to say that for the past four days I've not been craving anything ( I'm the type to eat one meal a day😬), but I can see this as a good thing to curb me on sweets. I will start to take the 4 pills daily. I havent had any issues with my period for the past two years, but I am definitely insulin resistant. Excited to see if this works for me. I hope it works for you all!
