I tried several products for baby nappy ointment, and this one is by far the best. Very easy flowing texture, no smell, no white residue after application. Also minor (but very important for practical reasons) plus - the tube cap is fixed to the tube, so easy to open and close with one hand (great for those late night nappy changes!).

I have 3 kids and have always used Bephanthan on all of them when there are babies. None of my kids have ever had nappy rash and I truly believe it is because of using bepanthan.The texture of the cream is abit thick, so it good at creating a barrier and is moisturising because of the vitamin included in it. My only gripe would be I wished it came in a tub for using at home so you can scrape out every little bit of the cream. But on the flip side, the tube design is easier to access with 1 hand.This has been a reliable nappy cream I have used for the past 9 years for 3 kids and is always a repurchase for me- highly recommend!

I’ve been using Bepanthen Nappy Rash Cream for my little one, and while it does provide a great barrier and keeps the skin moisturized, I haven’t seen the rash fully disappear just yet. The cream is smooth and easy to apply, and it definitely prevents further irritation by forming a protective layer. It has a mild scent and feels gentle on my baby’s sensitive skin.Though it’s been effective in reducing redness and preventing new rashes from forming, the existing rash hasn’t cleared up as quickly as I’d hoped. It’s still a good option for daily protection, but I may need to try something stronger to completely tackle the rash.Overall, it’s a solid choice for barrier protection, but if you're dealing with an existing rash, you might need additional treatment.

The only thing that worked for us
This was actually better than Desitin/ similar zinc pastes recommended by our peds/friends. Zinc paste leaves a sticky residue that's almost impossible to get rid of without actually having to bathe the baby, but bepanthen is colorless, not crazy sticky (it heals the skin by creating a barrier-like film that's super easy to clean), and works super fast and effectively. The tube is not super big, but you also don't have to buy a lot because you'll only need a pea-sized amount of the cream for the whole nether area (versus an insane amount of zinc paste you'll waste). Oh, and you don't have to apply it with a spatula. A lifesaver.
Different use but excellent
I use it as an under eye cream and lip balm anyone in the family who needs immediate moisturising and it works so well ; immediately restored moisturising levels and for a while. Love it would recommend and purchase repeatedly.
