Flying can be stressful, especially when travelling with temperature-sensitive medicine as the wrong environment can be seriously problematic. For example, if medicine becomes too cold, it can thaw and become dangerous to consume. The medication can ensure this situation is avoided. The iCool MediCube includes two refreezable gel packs which keep the bag cool. These are also sold separately for when you need a spare. With two convenient carry handles, the MediCube is easily portable. It's ideal for carrying pens, syringes and vials with its spacious internal storage compartment of 17 x 14 x 7cm. You no longer need to be restricted by your medication as the MediCube gives you the freedom to travel wherever you want. Dimensions: External dimensions are 20cm (width) x 20cm (length) x 16cm (height) and weighs 2.25 kgs. Gel pack dimensions are 14.5cm (width) x 18.5cm (length) x 3.5cm (height) and weighs 856 grams each. We highly recommend you do at least one trial run before your journey to make sure you are confident in using the bag. Pros: This can hold 90 of my wife's syringes, which is enough for three months of medication.I tested it in the house and after 28 hours the temperature inside was 3.8C which is very good.Cons: If you buy on Bolo you will be charged VAT for this medical device. I tried to claim it back from the seller but they refused. They agreed after Bolo stepped in.No shoulder strap which isn't convenient when hauling it around with luggage.The picture shows a width of 9cm. This is only true at the top. It tapers to 7.5cm at the bottom. Could be easily fixed by the seller by making a trivial modification to the insert.

So I use Humira, a fridge-stored medication.Summer of 2021 brought me some work out in Tokyo for the Olympic games.My sixteen hour trip from London to Tokyo, door to door, was a cause of some concern in terms of keeping the medication chilled.This product worked better than I expected, with the ice packs still being solidly frozen when I got to my hotel, in the midst of a hot Tokyo summer with all the messing around at the airport.No complaints at all - five stars.

Used these to get from London to Miami (24 hours) and the freezer blocks were still solid when we arrived at the hotel in the USA. Great product and well made. My only comment is that it is slightly large and bulky but it absolutely does the job and very well.
