The fragrance in Osmo Blinding Shine Serum is overwhelmingly strong, had to quickly wash it out of my hair the first time I tried just a dab due to the headache and nausea it caused. Husband took one whiff and said it smelled horrible. Why make it so stinky? Maybe the overpowering fragrance is tolerable to those with a numbed sense of smell from regular exposure to strong perfumes, dunno. Can't comment about the performance of this serum since the sickening smell forced me to wash it out before I could get a feel for how well it does or doesn't work.
