When I got the dual grinder, the part that connects the salt to the pepper grinder was broken. The Salt and Pepper Grinders still work, just that they are not connected to each other anymore. Looks like the connection between the was very flimsy.

I love everything about this item. It’s sleek, doesn’t take up much room on my counter and provides me with perfectly ground salt and pepper. The design makes it easy to use and you don’t need a lot of hand pressure to make it work (important for arthritis)
A disappointment.
Unfortunately I didn't open this right away because of an early summer trip. When I finally did on 6/9 it was broken where the flimsy plastic locking mechanism is supposed to hold the two pieces together. I won't say don't buy, but definitely open and inspect as soon as you get it.
WASTE OF MONEY
The pepper hardly works. Squeezed 15 times to get the very small amount as seen in pictures. The salt side is very hard to squeeze and always comes out large pieces even when on the small setting.
