I bought two Trtl Travel Pillows for a recent long air trip—one for me and one for my husband. While mine was fine, I didn’t find it as supportive as I expected, but my husband thought it was excellent! The soft, plush material is definitely comfortable, and the shoulder support helps keep your neck in a good position. For me, it took a bit of getting used to, but my husband found it super cozy and actually fell asleep easily with it.The design is unique and compact, making it easy to pack, and the pillow stays in place around your neck, which is a big plus for long flights. If you’re someone who likes more neck support and comfort, this might be perfect for you. My husband is a big fan and says it’s the best travel pillow he’s ever used!

I’ve tried multiple neck pillows for travelling over the years, and this one was definitely one of the better ones.It is basically a neck brace wrapped in a fleece, but it does stop your head bobbing around and is useful in economy when space is limited.Is it a must have? No. I’ve used it on multiple flights between 2 and 10 hours, and I don’t think it helped me sleep more, but when i tried it definitely helped me be more comfortable.The one downside is that earphone can be awkward with it and you’ve to adjust it a bit so that it doesn’t dig into your ears.

This device fundamentally solves the problem of not being able to sleep upright.Other travel pillows provide support at the back and sides, which us useless. You already have a chair behind your head, usually with headrest bits on the sides. The problem is that your head falls slightly forward. This either prevents you from falling asleep, or if you are able to fall asleep with your neck in a weird postion, it means you'll wake up with a very sore neck (and even then it won't be very long before you wake up).With the Trtl providing support in the only area where support is needed - i.e. in front - you can just relax. Your jaw kind of rests / leans on it on one side, and that's it. No movement. Most of the weight of your head is still leaning to the back/side, but with support at the front/side, it stays put. The shape of the Trtl is flexible enough that it doesn't feel too rigid, i.e. it doesn't feel like it's poking into you. It's comfortable. And you can adjust it anyway - you just pull it around slightly further to the front or slightly further around the side, slightly up or down etc until it's in the right spot, then that's it.I fly long-haul frequently. Also at least once per year I fly UK-Australia return. With all of these long haul flights I've never been able to actually fall asleep. I kind of doze but that's all.I've just done the UK-Australia return trip using the Trtl for the first time. I slept for 4 hours both ways (I was working, watching movies and doing other things the rest of the time, also travelling with small children, so I only had my eyes closed for slightly longer than this - in other words I got almost as much sleep as I possibly could). This is a dramatic difference. The Trtl + an eye mask solved this problem for me.

It’s ok.It packs away small and easy to carry in your bag or clipped onto the outside of it, but in terms of comfort, well it’s not. You are still going to get a sore neck and for the price, you probably just better getting one of the traditional neck pillows

Lo compré para un vuelo de 6 horas. Me ayudó a sostener y relajar la cabeza. En el vuelo hacia mucho frío, como en casi todos los vuelos largos, por lo q el material con lo que está hecho me vino muy bien.

A travel pillow that actually supports your neck!

I've used many travel pillows over the years as I take them with me for any night flights or flights that are 8+ hours. This is the first one that I can say actually supports my neck when I'm asleep. Others I've used feel like they will do the trick when you first put them on, but then I end up with a cramped up neck from my head dipping forward.This travel 'pillow' is basically 1/3 of a neck brace that connects with a strap. The strap is soft although can get a little hot if you are prone to overheating. When wearing this, you can lean your head to the side as if you are leaning on a wall/pillow.This product does not adjust though, whereas the trtl pillow+ does have an adjustable side. I'm 6'2", and this worked fairly well for me, but I purchased the pillow+ and it works even better as I can make the support even higher.So if you're shorter than 6', this is probably perfect. If you're taller, it may work for you, or you may want to considering the pillow+.
