Very Effective For Beating Colds.
Very effective at keeping colds a bay!I take it as shot first thing in the morning before anything else. And last thing at nightI divide it into 2 servings because I can’t tolerate 1tsp in one go.I boil water and get 2 cups ready.1/2 tsp of powder into 1 cup and hot water in the other, enough for a decent shot.I allow the water to cool slightly and spoon bit by bit into my cup of powder stirring as I go. This ensures it dissolves. Double check by stirring and checking the spoon for residue. It will be completely clear when it’s dissolved takes about 30 seconds. If not you will drink the powder and it will taste shocking. Over all it’s so fast you can’t taste it to much if it’s all dissolved. It’s like very sour sherbet.Do have a fresh glass of water ready before you take the shot.Drink shot in 1 go, and then drink fresh water immediately, then swill around your mouth because absorb acid erodes teeth.I use bicarbonate to clean my teeth afterwards by making it into a mouth wash. Of course you could eat some cheese I suppose anything to release lots of saliva. Actual I also use xylitol crystals as a mouth wash afterwards because it’s so good for your teeth.I really like this stuff and have no problems taking it if I follow all those steps.I take it for more than just immunity. But if I wrote all my reasons this would turn into a book.
