He loves knowing about different rocks too, and his friends at school are also enjoying playing at archaeologists.Do be aware that each of the specimens are quite small. I'm sure all of ours will get lost in the next 6 months or so, but then I would happily buy another set based on price and the sheer enjoyment and engagement this has brought.

Very interesting little boxes of treasures. They are quite small but the dimensions are listed so no surprises there. The boxes aren't full to the brim - the items sit on a foam cushion which takes up most of the white bottom section of the box. My son (aged 9) was thrilled with them.

Fast delivery, wonderful product. Well packaged and definitely filled to the fullest. They're very small boxes but still contain a fantastic amount of fossils and rocks. I brought them mostly for the shark teeth and I was certainly not disappointed - there were 81 in there! A mix of broken and whole teeth and overall brilliant. Will probably purchase again in the future.

Bought for my 6 yr old who is into gemstones and fossils. There were a few interesting pieces in each but ALOT of quartz in the rock box and teeth in the fossil box. Regardless my son loves looking at them all but can't help feel there could've more of a variety.

A large proportion of gravel has made it’s way into buy ‘fossil box’.Was this an accident? If so how does it happen?Was it done on purpose? If so, what do they think I need it for? I don’t want a handful of gravel and if I did I could get it for free as it’s all over the place outside. I’d have thought if someone wanted to gravel a drive or something, they’d want a big load of it to be delivered. Admittedly a single ‘fossil box’ would be easier to carry than a big sack of gravel. The problem comes with the sheer number of boxes it would take to cover a drive. According to ChatGPT it’d take about a 180,000 boxes which would cost about £2 million to gravel a driveway. It just doesn’t seem affordable.

Was a bit concerned after reading some reviews, but no need to be, although both boxes are small (sizes detailed in description) they are full to the brim of decent size rocks and fossils.
