I mostly drink it in the morning for an energy boost along with my collagen. It tastes great, better than most other brands I've tried before. Recommended for business travellers all over, these were mentioned in a company health highlight just before a trip to India, Prime delivery got them to me before I left for the airport. Easy to mix with bottled water, or mini-bar tumbler, and very pleasant to drink - slightly fizzy with an orange flavour similar to any squash drink. Finally, they are packed in flat sachets that easily pack into luggage pockets ... so each time I get a pack they go into my suitcase and are 'always there' when I travel, they are dried so no issue with fluids and flying, they weigh very little - dates on the packets were 5-6mths ahead (and I do wonder if they really expire on the date?)I have been healthy whilst travelling and these might not have been the only factor but expect they contributed.

These sachets are absolutely brilliant and I swear by them during the winter. As soon as I start feeling unwell, I take one a day along with ‘first defence’ nasal spray and feel much better. I’m not a huge fan of the taste but it’s worth it.

Parce que mes six boites commandées fin avril avaient une date d'expiration pour septembre alors que des vitamines ont habituellement une très lointaine date d'expiration. Un vieux reste de stock?
