Da ich sehr viel Knoblauch brauche, habe ich mich dazu entschieden, diesen gehackten Knoblauch zu kaufen. Ich benutze diese Firma schon seit Jahren und bin immer noch zufrieden. Kein lästiges Knoblauchschneiden, kein abpellen der Knoblauchzehen, keine stinkingen Finger mehr. Ein geöffnetes Glas kommt in den Kühlschrank und hält dort problemlos bis zu 6 Monate. Zumindest war es danach aufgebraucht, meistens noch früher.
