Larger than I thought but not so deep, the opposite to my old tablespoons. I enjoy using them for all my meal cooking as well as my morning porridge stirring. They are also good to gesticulate with as they shine beautifully.

J’en ai acheté 6 ,pour mon travail chez un traiteur ,je pense que je vais en recommander car elles sont de bonne taille pour nos plat du rayon traiteur et surtout bonne qualité et le prix imbattable, j’ai pas trouvé moin chère ailleursJe recommande ces cuillères de service

Die Löffel fassen je 30 mL. Ein "Norm-EL", wie man ihn in Rezeptangaben findet, 15 mL. Ein Bestecklöffel je nach Design auch nur die Hälfte davon, also 1 Servierlöffel = 4 Bestecklöffel. (Den "Norm-EL" kann man googeln, die anderen Angaben habe ich selber gemessen).Die Löffel sind aus schwerem Metall, also keine billige Stanzware. Das Design gefällt mir sehr gut, besonders die ovale Form und die Bauchigkeit der Laffe: Bestecklöffel sind eher flach, damit die Suppe oder was auch immer rascher abkühlt. Genau das möchte ich bei einem Servierlöffel nicht.Als Saucenlöffel ist das zu klein, für z.B. Bratensaft würde ich pro Portion mindestens das doppelte Fassungsvermögen veranschlagen. Außerdem haben Saucenlöffel einen mehr oder minder abgewinkelten Stiel, weil man damit ja Flüssigkeit aus einem relativ kleinen Gefäß oder einem heißen Bräter schöpft. Nicht umsonst heißt das hier ja Servierlöffel.Ich habe die Löffel aus zwei Gründen gekauft:○ Bei Tisch kann sich jeder nach seinem Gusto selber bedienen, bzw. nachfassen, wenn man verschiedene Beilagen, Salate, und auch Marinaden, etc. zur Auswahl auftischt. Dafür sind Bestecklöffel ungeeignet. Ich finde, das erhöht den Genuss, und bei dem Preis sind auch noch mehr als zwei dieser Löffel keine große Investition.○ Nocken formen: Man isst auch mit den Augen, und z.B. bei Nocken als Suppeneinlage gibts in der Gastronomie daher meist eine große Nocke, statt mehrerer kleiner. Zum Nockenformen braucht man 2 Löffel...Fazit: Gehört sicher nicht zur Küchengrundausstattung, macht mir als Hobbykoch aber viel Freude für wenig Geld, und wird auch heftig benutzt.
