The quality is brilliant and keeps very well in an airtight container.I would say this is value for money as I'm still using it months later.

Huge bag means value for money. This can be used in so many recipes especially soup. Boosts flavour without having to chop and peel actual onions! Smells nice and should last as 1kg

We use this in kebabs and burgers, puts the flavour in, without the mix getting too wet and falling apart when cooked. Also add to pastry mix for quiches etc
