Have been buying this for a while now from Bolo simply because it's cheaper than from our catering wholesalers lately.The quality is good, strong and well packed. Quick delivery of course and a nice large quantity to last a while.Definitely recommended.

As with a lot of the feedback on here regarding herbs and spices, if you use a lot of them its really not economical to keep replacing from the supermarket shelf. I eventually got fed up with that so went for bulk. Great flavour and I no longer run out and have saved a small fortune already.

Really lovely finely ground ginger. Smells fresh and tastes really good. Packaged well in strong plastic. Ideal for decanting into a clean jar. Good colour. Would buy again.
