Although this soup is a little expensive at just over £2 per can it is thick full of cream, seafood and potatoes and makes a likely midweek meal with some crusty bread.

To me, this soup is delicious, with each tin containing just the right amount of clams and a lovely, rich, creamy sauce. The quantity of soup per tin is ideal for me and makes a quick and easy meal when in a hurry. It hasn't changed from what I remember from years ago when I used to buy individual tins from Tesco.The only downside is the price, with each tin costing around £2.50. If they were cheaper, I would happily buy and eat them more often. Overall, an excellent soup!

Cans are always heavy to carry after shopping. The store where I shop don't always carry such a popular item and/or run out quickly. These are shipped right to the door and store in the cupboard for when it's a cold day. Great soup served with crusty bread. I also serve over fresh pasta and sometimes add cooked barley or rice. Some tinned soup is just that, taste tinny. This does not and a good staple.

Very good value for money!! This. Was costing us more from another shop which no longer stocks it.My father throughly enjoys this soup, it must taste nice and be a good quality as he had the real stuff in America.

I was disappointed with this soup as I found it rather tasteless. I didnt find it rich at all and a bit thin. Could do with thickening up somewhat.

This is one of my favourite soups, but it seems that Elsinore are substituting it with Fish Chowder, which I think is not as good, so anybody who likes fish soups should go for the Clam Chowder while stocks lasts.

It's a shame to only give this a single star, because thd actually soup is very nice. However of the 6 cans of this product ggat I ordered only 1 can was undamaged. 2 cans had major dents, while 3 more had single dents. I do not know where this happened. However I ordered 6 other cans if a different soup, all of which were undamaged, and intact.
