These things are amazing, absolutely full of cherry flavour and would make twice as much as is recommended and still have a strong hit.The suggestion is you buy a bottle of water (presuming 500ml) sip a little and then dump one of these in to make a delicious cherry drink on the go, but I’ve been using them at home when I fancy something ‘sweet’ as they are sugar free but don’t taste it.I suspect having too many of them in quick succession may result in explosive consequences similar to most sugar free products, but very nice in moderation!Quite expensive though as you only get 6 sachets, but as they are imported it makes sense.
