Its always hard to rate supplements because the effects are typically too subtle to notice subjectively, especially over the short term. L-carnitine is something that needs to be taken for a short time before it is effective (it doesn't have an acute/immediate impact right after dosing, it builds up in your system over time) and is most effective only if you have a shortage in the first place due to diet/exercise, which is hard to gauge (impossible really without specialised tests). So its difficult to know how to rate these, but they seem OK and I've no issues with them so far. TIme will tell if they provide any noticeable improvement in chronic energy levels, as they may do.

After much research, I settled on this as the right product for me. I am yet to find out how well they work as I have just received them. But what I do want to share is the quality/condition in which I have received them.Packaging perfect. No complaints. Delivery perfect.When I opened the intact seal, I found the capsules rammed into the small pot. A number of the capsules were cracked or apart resulting in loss of product. I tried to re pack a few but had to give up as the capsules were very brittle.I will just have to “swallow it” I guess (do not pardon the pun!).I will update my review accordingly as time goes on.

I am amazed with these pills. Took them to build up my energy which means I am now able to get through the day without flagging. I no longer have aches and pains in my legs on strenuous days. The other unexpected benefit is the weight I have lost, 6lbs. L-Carnitine transfers fat into the Mitochondrion converting it into energy. My body is becoming leaner. I can not say if this works for everyone (I am not an expert) but I am doing great with this and have just bought my 3rd purchase. My last purchase of 2022 cost £12.99 this purchase has gone up to £31 ! Over Double the price!
