It's grind powder from dry beans, colour is light green, not starch, starch should be extracted from this powder and has white colour. You cannot make jelly dish out of it.

I bought this thinking I could use it to make jellies, but this is the wrong product for that - I needed mung bean starch. That was my bad.I thought I’d try using this flour for other things, but could not get over the off taste. It does dominantly taste like mung beans, but there’s also the smell and taste of being in the same cabinet as other spices for a long time. The flour is entirely infused with what I’m assuming is the smell of other seasonings that it was stored with (as the other review said, the package is not air tight). Since I wanted to make sweets with it, the off taste was overwhelming. I don’t think I’ll ever use it again. Bolo won’t refund because it’s a 3rd party seller. So just be ware when you’re buying.
