I like this product, it's growing on me. It keeps my sons curls very tight and neat throughout the day and it's very moisturising. My son has a rough patch of hair and previously I used to just use coconut oil on it which didn't seem to soften it. When I started using this product I noticed immediately that the patch of hair softened up so I'm very happy. The only thing I'm not too keen about is that it leaves a white cast in his hair and I have to really massage the product into his hair for a few minutes to get the white stuff out. Apart from that, I like the product.

am writing to express my serious concern and disappointment regarding the SheaMoisture Coconut & Hibiscus KIDS Curling Buttercream, a product that has proven to be alarmingly unsafe for use—especially given that it is marketed for young children.This product has caused severe skin reactions on two separate occasions to my daughter, who is under the age of two. After each application, she developed a pronounced rash and skin irritation, which required medical attention and caused significant discomfort and distress. Additionally, my wife, who tested the product on herself prior to further use, experienced an intense burning and hot sensation on her skin, confirming that the issue lies squarely with the formulation of this product.It is deeply troubling that a product specifically branded and sold for use on children—who have far more sensitive skin than adults—could contain ingredients that provoke such harmful dermatological reactions. The safety standards and quality assurance expected from a globally recognised brand like SheaMoisture have clearly not been met in this case.Furthermore, Bolo, as a distributor and retailer of this product, bears shared responsibility. Consumers trust Bolo to vet and stand behind the products sold on its platform, particularly those intended for use on infants and toddlers. That this product remains available for purchase despite these serious risks is both negligent and unacceptable.I strongly urge that this product be immediately investigated and recalled, and that all responsible parties—including SheaMoisture and Bolo—take accountability. A formal apology and compensation for the distress, potential health risks, and financial costs incurred is not only appropriate but necessary in this situation.I sincerely hope that Bolo will take swift and serious action to protect other families from experiencing what we did. This should never have happened—and must never be allowed to happen again.

The best hair product I’ve ever used for my daughter little curly head. It doesn’t leave any residue, it’s not sticky at all and the smell is so good. It defines the curls so so beautiful and helps you to achieve whichever hairstyle you want. Highly recommend.Also, it’s huge, you get so much product for such price.

I was hoping the SheaMoisture Coconut & Hibiscus KIDS Curling Buttercream would be a good fit for my daughter’s curls, but unfortunately, it didn’t quite work out.Lovely Scent:The scent is amazing! The coconut and hibiscus fragrance is sweet and fresh without being overpowering. My daughter loved how it smelled, which made application fun.Didn’t Define Curls:However, despite the wonderful scent, it didn’t do much to define or manage my daughter’s curls. Her hair still felt frizzy after using it, and the product didn’t provide the moisture or hold I was hoping for.Texture and Application:The buttercream has a nice texture and applies smoothly, but it just didn’t seem to penetrate her hair enough to make a difference. I imagine it may work better on different hair types, but it wasn’t effective for us.Overall Experience:While it smells fantastic, the SheaMoisture Curling Buttercream didn’t work well for my daughter’s curls. It may work better for others, but I’ll be trying something different next time.

Good Hair Moisturizer with a Lovely Scent.
I love this product because it moisturizes my baby hair soo well and has a lovely and welcoming scent that lasts for days even after rinsing her hair. I also noticed hair growth at the bald spot usually at the back of a baby's head.I just wished the price was lesser given the size of the product.
