Soil Association certified organic henna powder and certified organic indigo powder from India. This henna and indigo can be combined to colour your hair a brown/red, brown or black shade.
Directions
1. Mix the organic henna and indigo powders in a non-metallic bowl. 2. Add warm water to create a paste. 3. Let the paste rest for 1-4 hours to release the dye. 4. Apply the paste to your hair, starting at the roots and working your way to the ends. 5. Cover your hair with a plastic cap and let the paste sit for 1-3 hours. 6. Rinse the paste out of your hair thoroughly. 7. Condition your hair as needed.

I have been using this product for years since I found out I was allergic to PPD in hair dye. I did not realise I could get it on Bolo which is great when I require next day delivery. It is a fantastic product the best on the market in my opinion.

In general, I really I liked this product; my hair felt soft and in the best condition it has been in for a long time. The henna took well and so did the indigo; unfortunately, I experienced some irritation to my scalp after the first use but persevered. After the third time I had to stop using the product because sores started to form around my hairline and scalp with some hair loss. Finally, I made the decision to embrace my grey hair. If it was not for my sensitivity to the product I would have continued using it.

This is my second purchase of the brand, the quality in terms of powder particle size was not as good as first one. I'm not sure if this is due to different lot/batch, but I think there should be some levels of consistency in product. Would advise the sell to enclose a organic certification in the package.Having said all that the dye quality is as good. I wouldn't say strictly permanent but last well. Unlike the chemical hair dye, this application doesn't make your hair static instead more natural and glossy.

I use Henna & Indigo for my hair. Covers my greys very well and gives it volume. and is a great replacement for chemical hair dyes. I have a lot of allergies, this just perfect for me.

I didn't get the rich black colour I had hoped for when using both colours of henna. I have grey hair at the front of my hair and the most I can achieve is a copper orange as if I hadn't used the indigo henna at all!

Good product. Only problem was that the ratio provided is not enough. One packet henna and two packets of indigo. (It would have been more useful to have more henna cos u need more it than indigo).
