I couldn't find a multivitamin in the shops that also contained iron. Needing this, I looked online for something suitable.This pack was what I needed - a year's supply for a reasonable price.You can definitely buy these cheaper, supermarket own brands for example. But I needed some quickly.These are a decent size for swallowing. No odour, no taste (not for the length of time it's been on my tongue, anyway). All the main vitamins are here.I can't, of course, pretend to be a scientist and prove the effect of these on the human body. I've taken multivitamins for years though, and can tell that they aren't having any deleterious effects. I take one every day with my dinner (and juice), keep it down and just let it do its work.Hard to review products like this as you can't discuss achievable results! Thus far, the vitamins haven't caused me to have an sort of problem, and I feel healthy enough.Could be slightly cheaper for such a large pack. And I would have liked it to come with an actual box as we will be storing and using these every day for a year. Instead I found an old tablet box that I transferred them into, for longevity (they came in a resealable clear bag).Can't complain about the vitamins, glad I have a full year's supply.

Ive been taking these for 3 years and have just ordered my 4th years supply. I have about 6 blood tests a year due to my various medical conditions and my levels are always good so they seem to be doing the job.

I've been taking these for almost two years now. I recently had a blood test that was showing low/deficient Vit D. The package says it contains 100% of the RDA?My GP told me to take an over the counter Vit D supplement, which I'm now doing. So I'm not sure about this product 🤔
