Been taking ginger from Oxford Vitality for a number of years and they do the job I purchased them for. They don't taste that nice if you do manage to get one stuck in your mouth, only happened a few times over the years as they're generally easy to swallow. Good product and excellent customer service fro the company.

To assist with my overall health, I had raw ginger which was horrible to take in the morning. However, since purchasing these Oxford Vitality supplements, it’s certainly easier to take daily without the strong taste and smell. Granted having raw ginger is better but it’s about consistency of taking them daily. I have felt much better since taking them. Definitely recommend.

Take this product to help with my arthritis. Tablets are tiny so easy to swallow and come in self seal pack which uses a lot less plastic.Great value for money compared with simar product in the shops.

Still slow transit and wild abdominal distension due to trapped gases.Hard to say if these help, but since I bought them, I'll use them..

Taken instead of Ibuprofen for rheumatic shoulder pain and once into the system seem to work very well. These are pure ginger tablets with no coating and you need to swallow them successfully the first time otherwise they stick in the throat which is not nice. The simple packaging is good in this day and age as long as you’ve got something to decant them into, we already had a jar we could use.

Ive brought it for most of my family members and also sent a pack abroad! Its that good fantastic for immune system. Since starting these we have not had any serious health issues just your normal flu and swift recovery which we credit the ginger tablet, also feels like its been helping us protect through many virus. Of course everyone is different however for my family its been a positive one.

Very strong ginger, super small supplements which are extremely easy to swallow. These are great quality and compare really well to the silage ones. The only real downside is that the packaging can’t be recycled.
