They work well for me, don't upset my stomach and have a good texture. This is my favourite flavour, I usually buy the variety pack, but there's a couple flavours in there I find difficult.These are sweet, they do have an odd texture like a thick honey almost but I like them. Test on a short run if you've never used before.

un goût douceâtre et de faibles performances
Pour le test, il est était prévu un goût cassis, mais c'est le goût orange que j'ai reçu. Ce qui me faisait bien plaisir, j'adore les oranges.Quelle déception pour le goût, fade, douceâtre, peu agréable, légèrement écoeurant même.Performances pendant l'effort inexistantes, pour un poids très élevé - on est censé en prendre toutes les 20 minutes, ce qui vous charge les poches rapidement.Il y a tellement d'autres produits meilleurs et plus efficaces que l'on peut éviter celui-ci.
Goût orange : bon produit énergetique pour l'effort
Le goût orange est assez agréable en bouche, pas de sensation acide ou métallique.Le gel à une texture facile à assimiler lors d'un effort soutenu, les glucides rapides présents dans le gel donne un léger coup de fouet. Le fabricant préconise une consommation de 3 doses à l'heure, personnellement, une boisson isotonique dans un bidon de 0.75l donne de meilleur résultat sur la durée. En complément, un tube de gel par heure ou juste avant un passage difficile (ascension en vélo, route ou VTT).Bon produit quand même, rapport qualité prix moyen.

Nous avons l'habitude de ce format pour les produits énergétiques.Ca ne prend pas de place, c'est léger.Nous avons eu à l'orange. Je déteste tous ce qui est avec des arômes oranges... Mais c'est avec le club testeur, alors c'est une maladresse qui arrive et qu'on tolère.Un gout d'orange chimique qui plus est. Mais pour le rapport prix/quantité, il ne faut pas exagérer. C'est abordable.Testé en grosse rando. Il ne faut pas attendre le coup de fatigue, il est préférable de l'anticiper, et d'en prendre au moins toute les demies heure. le premier, juste avant le moment où la fatigue à l'habitude de venir. se faire sentir..J'ai eu le malheur de lire les ingrédients et j'ai vu ça "special variety of Maize". What ? Un OGM, un truc du genre ?Parce que pour le prix, je ne pense pas qu'il y est un maïs naturellement utile au sportif. Si ?Sinon outre le sport, je travaille et me prepare à un concours en même temps. C'est un petit coup de fouet pratique pour jongler sur tous les tableaux ou tabliers quand nous somme parents....Ce n'est pas pour les enfants, petits conseils, pour eviter les jalousies tapage de pieds tout ça tout ça... Nous prenons des berlingots de lait concentré sucré pour les minis-nous.
