The crank nut on my Ducati ST2 came loose resulting in the generator skimming swarf off the engine case. Once fixed I was advised to flush the engine a couple of times and change the filter before finally refilling with oil. I was looking for a highly rated oil that was a reasonable price to use as a flush and then to refill. So it was a big ask, it needed to be 1) cheap enough to use as a flushing oil, 2) as good as a big brand motorcycle oil for engine protection and efficiency, and 3) available in at least a 20 L drum. This ticks all the boxes and is probably the only oil I will use from now on. Highly recommended.

I've used Smith and Allan semi-synthetic motor oil for my motorcycles for years and have never had any motor or clutch issues. It's sold for a good price, especially when you consider it comes in 5 litre cans. The oil is received from Smith and Allan, and is always well packed with fast delivery.
