Did absolutely nothing for me whatsoever.Even with the bad comments I though I'd give them a go. But I may as well have just had a cup of coffee. Even having 2 capsules had no noticeable effect on my appetite which I still had or my energy level with had not improved.A waste of money for me. I will go with a more reputable brand in future.

Iv noticed that it does help with appetite control throughout the day. My only issue is that there is only 20 days worth (but good value for money having 2 bottles)I take it as I awake in the morning I find I’m not as hungry as when I don’t take it.I’m trying T6 Xtream next to compare any differences. I haven’t weighed myself as yet, but I do exercise every day. The reason for taking this was to control my appetite as I only have a diet meal replacement shake during the day, then after exercise I have my evening meal.

Didn't work for me, I guess the best way to loose weight is through diet & excercise, not pills.

i was a little skeptical about purchasing diet pills until i read the reviews, I've only been taking these for one week & have already lost 5.5lb. I work out at the gym 3 times a week & have found these pills provide me with the energy i need. I havn't really changed my eating habits just stick to a low fat/calorie counted eating plan. I'm hoping over the next few weeks the weight will continue to drop off me,The delivery was really quick arrived the day after i ordered them so thank you for a quick delivery!.Will definitely be purchasing some more.

3 days in and already have to force myself to eat! Absolutely no jitters or side affects like I worried about.Insane appetite suppression already but too soon to comment on overall usage!!Will edit after 30days!Super quick delivery too. Received within days of ordering despite the estimated delivery by Bolo!
