the laser oche is easy to install and very sturdy when bolted to the wall. it looks slick and minimal so it doesnt stand out, or stick out and is easy to use. the laser is really bright and can be seen easy in daylight and with the light on in the room.

Great price, works well. Just about bright enough in the daytime with sunlight, and totally awesome at night. Obviously a raised oche would be better, but this is so convenient if you use the room for anything else, and a million times better than a mat or a line on the carpet.Setup is fiddly as it moves when you tighten the screws, so it takes a while to get right, but once it’s set, it doesn’t move.I also like that you can use an AC adapter instead of batteries if you want (it doesn’t come with either). Overall, great value and a clever solution.

Accurate piece of kit which is easy to use, the use of batteries doesn't bother me I haven't had to replace them yet. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars because i think its a little bulky and wide but that's me being picky.

Just received and fitted this dart laser oche line from Viper and am very pleased with it. It’s well designed fitting nicely on the bottom side of the cabinet and the design means the batteries are easily replaced and switch accessible. The laser line itself is plenty bright enough to see. Build quality also good. Easily adjusted to put the line in the right place and then is ‘locked’ by means of the two screws either side of the laser. I used sticky double sided foam type tape to secure mine to the bottom of the cabinet rather than screws and this has worked well. I recommend this product as it works well, is discrete and good value.

I bought this as I was using a mat, and I thought this would be smarter. It is great and I love the concept of it, it’s good quality and easy to fit however the only downside is that the light doesn’t shine so bright on the floor so unfortunately it isn’t the easiest to use on a sunny day. I would recommend though because it is smart and good value for money compared to other oche options, but just be aware of that

This is fantastic!! I put mine up with command strip it works perfectly even in the day and it's a bargain at £20 5+++++ would definitely recommend.

Bought one of these about a month ago, works perfectly and so easy to set up. I had a sticky oche which was getting a bit untidy round the edges and was losing it's sickness. This solved that problem. A good purchase for me.

Fantastic product! Once you’ve installed it off you go again and again and again, no fuss! There’s absolutely nothing to store in between your family fun, or your daily practice routine. When I first saw it I wanted one and I’ve not regretted it at all once. I think the price is spot on too!!

Update to original review: I just now replaced the batteries after 5 months of using it basically every other day. Battery life far exceeded my expectations and it was still working, the line was just getting a bit dim. The batteries still had about 1.06 volts apiece left in them, but it's definitely brighter now that I replaced them. I haven't had any problems with this item, highly recommended. If you know how to measure from left and right side of the board and then use the hypotenuse from the bulls eye to verify your line, you can simply put tape on the floor temporarily to aim this laser (you likely already have tape on the floor). I didn't find this hard to aim, just tighten (or loosen in my case) the screws so that you can still move the laser, then tighten slightly. I mounted this about 6" below my dartboard, attached to my backboard. I was worried that vibrations from the board would throw the laser off but I've used it for 2 weeks now (I practice a lot) and it hasn't moved at all. I just verified all measurements are still correct after probably 2000 darts thrown to the board. I can't speak to durability from a direct hit from a dart to the laser. I don't plan on ever doing that but I'm sure it will happen sometime. Batteries have held up just fine thus far, I thought about buying the AC adapter but if these batteries last me a couple of months I'm fine with that in order to not have a cord cluttering the area up. This is better than the Winmau laser which sticks out from the wall quite a bit more, I have experience with that one as well.
