I am happy with this dosage I have sooo much problem with sleeping and craving for sweet chocolate after taking this for a month I feel really good now muscles are relaxed no muscle fatigue and no craving for chocolate my sleeping is also improve .

I’ve been taking this magnesium supplement for just over a week now, and I can genuinely feel a difference. My sleep has noticeably improved — I’m falling asleep faster and waking up feeling more rested. Even more impressively, I feel a lot calmer throughout the day. My mind isn’t racing at 100mph like it used to, and there’s a definite drop in my overall stress levels.I take 300mg (3 tablets) about 30 minutes before bed, and it’s been smooth sailing — no stomach issues at all, which can sometimes be a concern with magnesium.All in all, this supplement has quickly become a staple in my nightly routine. If you’re looking for better sleep, a calmer mind, and less daily stress, I’d highly recommend giving it a try.

Solved my frequent calf cramps within 1 week, I take 2 tablets at bedtime.Wish I'd found these tablets years ago - before discovering the tablets I've been woken at night with painful calf cramps several times a week, also often used to get get calf cramps when swimming.So far no cramps at all sleeping or swimming. Really pleased. Checked with GP before taking them (because I'm on several prescription drugs so have to check before taking something new - GP says they're safe up to 350 mg per day, but 200 works fine for most people, it's very common to have deficiency that causes cramps. Simple solution.
