I noticed that after lifting super heavy, I wasn't as sore the next day
First off I ordered it early in the morning and shipped that same day. I got it two days after ordering it. I mix it in with my Optimum nutrition BCAA (orange flavor) and i can't even taste it. I try taking this twice for muscle recovery plus i often go to the gym twice a day (Cardio in the am + weightlifting at night). I noticed that after lifting super heavy, I wasn't as sore the next day. I've only started using it and i also bought it as i read some reviews on how it helps with stomach problems. I usually have an issue with my stomach the day after i eat and after taking this, I noticed no difference. So I can't attest to that but I didn't buy it for that purpose, but if your buying it for stomach related issues not sure this is the best! Anyways another thing is my package (i got the smallest) does not close. I don't care because i transfered it to a ziplock bag (looks like cocaine haha) so that I can seal it. Some people are terribly picky and might give the product one star for packaging (Not me). Its cheap and gets the job done! Also some people mentioned a smell? I smelled absolutely nothing so either they got a wrong item or something because you cannot taste it, I drink it straight sometimes and I can never tell in my water. I know because my brother took a sip of it thinking it was just water and didn't even mention or ask "whats in it?" until i said something. Otherwise he would never have known he just drank L-Glutamine.
Package had less than promised

Very convenient and very helpful
I love this product. It mixes well with my morning beverage, with no residue or flavor. I hate taking pills, and have to take them twice a day every day. I love being able to mix this in a beverage and not have to swallow yet another pill. Great product! I had some very slow healing wounds and hematomas on my arms, and immediately saw them start to heal and they were gone within a few days. It's pretty amazing stuff. The reason I purchased it was to help heal my leaky gut and if it works on the intestines and stomach lining as well as it worked on my arms, which one would assume to be true, I am thrilled. Also, I am taking a relatively low dose at this point - I started at a scant 1/4 tsp and have recently increased to 1/2 tsp (so around 1326mg) once a day.
Digestive Healing Powder
While many use this as a pre-workout supplement, I use it to help with symptoms of crohn's. Certain foods like chicken, especially white meat, have difficulty making it through my digestive tract . L-Glutamine helps smooth out the whole process. Because it acts as a fuel for intestinal muscles and because of its anti-oxidant properties, it heals inflammation and rebuilds tissue.I've tried L-Glutamine in both tablet and in capsule form before. Tablets seem more effective than capsules, but, both have added fillers. BulkSupplements L-Glutamine is pure and the powder is relatively tasteless so it's easy to mix larger doses. It's only been a week since I started but I believe this product is more effective (and better priced) than any of the other brands I've tried.

I actually love all of the products I have ordered from Bulk Supplements so far, which has been a total of 4. They are unflavored, really easy to mix, and nothing more than the exact supplement you ordered. The fact that they aren't flavored allows you to do so many things. You can put them in any drink, on your food, whatever. The only thing I actually despise is the bag they're contained in. I've never ever been a fan of them but I know it cuts down on costs. So I've stored them in an alternate container. I am very glad I stumbled across this company though. It makes bodybuilding much more affordable.
