For music or loud noise: enjoy concerts safely and protect your ears when using heavy machinery. In the cold: protect your ears from low temperatures. Wash your hands. Remove the cotton packing and roll the earplugs between your hands to soften them. Mould the earplugs to fit the shape of your ear canal. Gently press the entire earplug into your ear. Pull your earlobe back with the opposite hand to open the ear canal; this will allow any air to escape and prevent any buzzing or ringing in the ear during use.

They can be moulded to your ear and effectively block sound to allow for uninterupted sleep. I reuse them a couple of times so they are more cost effective.

To be honest i've tried about 20 different brands of earplugs to try and get the best ones. The foam ones just fall out at some point in the night as I'm a light sleeper and move in my sleep. The silicone reusable ones are a little bit better but still the same problem.Finally the wax ones. There are a few brands and they all stay in a lot better. These Quies being no exception. They never fall out even if I'm moving in my sleep. The amount of noise blocked is really good too. It's enough to stop a lot of random noise if you're a light sleeper, but you can still easily hear alarms.I think the reason I keep coming back to these is that many of the others make my ears feels really sticky and slightly wet in the morning, with a residue from the wax. For some reason the particular wax these earplugs are made of is the best out of all the ones I've tried as it doesn't have that same problem.The price is quite fair, and although a bit more expensive than the others they work well enough that I'm happy to pay it. The only real downside I think is that they are a bit on the small side. Personally it's not a problem but I think if you're pretty big they might not be ideal.I'll keep trying more, but to me these are the gold standard.

I have found this product to be the best one (for me at least). They are comfortable, easy to use and if you fit them in right the noise cancellation is very good.

Have been using them for several years as they are great ear plugs that really do work. Comfortable to use as they mold to your own ear shape. One in place you cannot feel them , but they DO keep out the noise, even deep snores.

I've tried other 'in ear' earligs before nd found they hurt my ears after a couple of hours. These really don't! Fantastic product that really cuts out snoring and exterior noise. Don't expect them to filter out 'the builder next door', they're not noise cancelling as I can still hear my alarm in the morning (which is quite loud), but other than that, they are truly blissful!

Besser als die gelbe Konkurrenz
Diese Stöpsel sind für mich deutlich besser als die in der gelben Dose! Sie reduzieren deutlich den Lärm von aussen und man kann sie mehrere Nächte hintereinander verwenden. Zwar wirken die Wachskugeln auf den ersten Blick sehr klein, aber sie sind wirklich toll!
