Been using henna blocks from a well known high st. store which have become increasingly ineffective. Reverted to pure henna powder and the difference is amazing!! The colour is vibrant, hair is shiny. I love it!!PS. If new to the powder, start by leaving it on for a short time or do a proper patch test. It is really intense. Just fabulous!!

Ive been using lush ones but on my ash blond natural hair it went a dark brown with a hint of ginger and then washed our to just dark brown after a week and it was a nightmare crushing up the solid block and so expensive. This box dye here so easy to mix and has instructions. It also went proper auburn ginger it would have gone the copper orange if only i used this instead of the lush one becaise that one made my hair go brown. This hair dye has gone obviously ginger even over this brown hair colour i was left with and its softer is my hair and feels so healthy the lush one did none of this. There was seeds in this one tho and wash hard to get all the bits out i dont know if that was normal but the result on my hair is so good and its gone really shinny. Im definatly sticking to this. It arrived with all 3 boxes badly damaged tho and one was ripped but luckily it hadnt ripped the packet of dye inside so the product was intact. They looked really old but it worked really well still so ill keep buying the dye. This has made me go off lush it really is over priced and they mess with the product too much putting oils in it which i think is why it had a bad result on my hair.

Naturally I have dirty blonde/light brown hair with lots of natural red highlights through it, especially when I've been in the sun, but have been chemically dying my hair all sorts of colours for years. I put this on for 2-3 hours and it gives me an almost natural red head look. On my hair it lasts forever, the colour changes a little but 4 months later and it still a definite copper/auburn colour. I redo my roots two months after applying and completely apply every 4 months. I'd never go back to dye, i like having read hair but red dye faded within weeks, this henna may take more effort to apply but is much longer lasting and doesn't damage my hair.UPDATE:I've been consistently using this for more than 18 months now. Still love it, my hair has grown faster than it ever has before which is a pleasant side affect of using henna. I've now started doing henna glosses (1 part henna 2 parts conditioner) instead of a full henna treatment every 4 months as the colour build up means I don't need a full henna to maintain the colour anymore.

I have dark brown hair so I achieve a dark copper with this henna. I get complimented on the colour often and am really happy with this product.

Have used henna for years. It's helped me with my hair loss. It doesn't work well with honey or olive oil. I only mix it with warm water. It doesn't colour your hair like a permanent hair dye, especially if your hair is darker. I like to experiment with the red colours. Henna gives a certain natural shine. Very good value for money.

On the box I ordered has a different instruction what the Bolo adverts here, the box says ‘it has no dyeing action’ and I was expected to get hair colouring copper henna. I was tried out yesterday and it did not cover my grey hair, I am very disappointed.

Je suis châtain moyen. Je fais des hennés depuis 20 ans. Je reviens toujours au henné color cuivre. Pose d'une heure pour des reflets roux et Pose de 2h30 pour des reflets plus rouge. Je recommande ce produit.
