Motor Flush is a Special cleaner for removing sediments, dirt, sludge and wear products of engine parts, including the most inaccessible elements of the oil system. Product properties: - Cleans the oil system and filter nets of oil pumps. During the washing process, it provides reliable lubrication, preventing wear of engine parts. Due to the unique composition of detergent-dispersing additives, it guarantees highly effective and safe removal of carbon deposits, including from the bottom of the piston; - Removes both oil-soluble and non-oil-soluble contaminants; - Cleaning is gentle for all parts and components of the engine and does not harm them; - Neutral to the seals used; - It is miscible with all types of engine oils (mineral and synthetic, etc.) and can be used for flushing any gasoline and diesel engines with or without turbocharging, with or without exhaust gas cleaning systems; - Completely removed from the system along with old oil. Application: at the operating temperature of the engine, add the contents of the container to the used engine oil before replacing it. After 10 minutes of engine idling, drain the used oil, replace the filter and fill in the new oil (you CAN't DRIVE the CAR UNTIL THE new OIL is FILLED in!).

Seems good stuff this, cant prove the results though. It not your usual runny solvent type like i have used before, it has some thickness to it so must add some oil/lubrication properties to the mix of detergents/dispersants which is reassuring, but its not as thick as oil. I did notice the drain stop sooner than normal so suspect it does thin the oil and promoted more of it to drain out, so that must help. I wouldn't expect this to clean fouled engines massively but rather use it as maintenance between oil changes to flush out and help with the removal of the old oil, making sure all the suspended dirt gets out. It may not do much, but it certainly wont do any harm to keeping your engine clean in my opinion. Ill be buying and using again, great value.

Only 4 stars because there can opening like on fish can which broke and I needed cut to open and half content split, even with half it done excellent job cleaning engine, I done now few hundred miles on diesel big engine and still oil transparent

Did this while replacing an oil pressure sensor and filter change, oil before I started wasn't too dark only about 6months and 5K miles old, added this straight into the engine didn't drain and re pour in, ran it for the time specified on the back of the can and then when draining it was consideravly darker. Also peering in the top of the timing chain cover was visibly cleaner than before so I reckon jobs a good 'en, very effective. When the new sensor and oil etc was put in, the engine was noticeably quieter at idle and also while driving normally to 30mph. Not scientifically tested, could be in my head. Can't complain about the price either, cheaper than other brands and worked just great
