Another fantastic Viridian product. I rarely buy vitamins and minerals from any other organisation - I trust Viridian to use the best ingredients and to not fill their products with nasty rubbish. This vit d improved my energy on the day I first started taking it and, as another reviewer said, caused my skin to be less dry, which was a surprise side effect. I will most definitely be buying this again.

Vitamin D3 is one of many vitamins that people just don't get enough of! I'm starting to really investigate vitamins and finding that I really should be taking a lot more, including this one! I certainly feel better since I started improving my eating habits, walking more and taking these and other vitamins, and I'm confident that I'll see more benefits in the future.

I have started to take these instead of 5000Ui non Lichen based capsuals. These are making much more of a difference than the other ones. The others did help, but just not as much.The other tablets helped get rid of dry skin on my palms but didn't help get rid of the dry skin on my forehead. I am also getting less aches and pains generally.

I usually purchase these from the high street but paid the same online and also had speedy delivery too. Hard to rate the ‘flavour’ as you can’t taste anything and taking a tablet is not something you do for flavour.

having read many articles re D3 I have only started using it 3 week ago -I do feel some minor differences in my general feeling, it is still early daysand I hope to see greatly improved feelings after a few more weeks.

Perfect vitamin D3 in small easy to swallow capsules.. My back pain and body pains are gone. I was vitamin D deficient before. This product has no negative side effects at all. I have used other lanolin based/animal based vitamin D3 and vegan vitamin D like Country life Vegan D3 that did not work at all and gave me cramps and made me pee a lot.

Although I would definitely dispute that it's "grim" up north where I live, the fact is that we can be a bit deprived of sunlight during the winter months. I've certainly stopped feeling "winter tired" since I've been taking one of these every day, and will continue to do so. And it's great that they're vegan - thank you!

Dopo averle provate per alcune settimane, posso dire che è stato un acquisto azzeccato.Le pastiglie hanno una formulazione completa con tutti i nutrienti necessari in una dieta plant-based: vitamine del gruppo B, vitamina D, zinco, ferro ecc. Il formato in pastiglie è comodo da assumere ovunque.Mio cognato le ha integrate nella sua routine quotidiana e mi ha riferito di sentirsi più energico e lucido, segno dell'efficacia di questo integratore naturale. Ho scoperto di avere una carenza di vitamina D3 dopo aver fatto le analisi del sangue. Fra le tante alternative presenti sul mercato, ho scelto questo prodotto, su consiglio della mia dottoressa, in quanto non testate su animali e completamente vegetali. Sono soddisfatto della scelta. L'assunzione deve essere valutata in base alle esigenze personali, con l'ausilio del medico curante. Spero la mia recensione ti sia stata utile
