Garlic is a natural antibiotic in case you did not know, I always pick up this when it's on offer, If you have an abscess in your tooth and cannot get to a dentist, this stuff could save your life, put a spoonful in boiling water and use it as a mouthwash when it cools enough to swirl in your mouth, anyway great in stews, pizzas, and everything

Il prodotto è arrivato in ottime condizioni, perfettamente imballato. Si presenta in quattro buste da 100 grammi. Consiglio di travasarlo in un barattolo di vetro e conservare in luogo fresco. Il prezzo è buono, se vogliamo considerare la quantità ispetto a quello che costa nei supermercati. Io in cucina abbondo nell'uso di aglio, riacquistero' sicuramente. 👌
Ottimo rapporto qualità\prezzo
Le comuni confezioni in vetro con dispenser costano circa 1,60€ x 40gr (€40/kg) - questo prodotto costa €24,8/kg, quindi consente un risparmio di circa il 38% (ma in rete ho trovato a meno, pur non avendo testato). L'aglio in polvere presenta numerosi vantaggi, soprattutto praticità d'uso e durevolezza (dopo l'apertura si conserva a temperatura ambiente per sei mesi). Si presta molto bene agli usi a crudo - per esempio la bruschetta - mentre in soffritto brucia istantaneamente. Meglio aggiungerlo a fine cottura. Aggiornamento 9/12/2016: il prezzo è salito a €39,8/kg. Il mio fornitore di cannella (sito specializzato in spezie) lo offre a € 28,7/kg comprese spese di spedizione, busta da 500 gr.

il prodotto si presenta in polvere, non va bene per essere soffritto, e ottimo come sapore da aggiungere ai cibi al posto dell'aglio crudo
