I don't make enough stomach acid, so I need a little help with digestion. I take these with another product at meal times, and experience normal digestion, no bloating, no discomfort. Am never without them, I take a little pill pot with me for meals out. Superior product.

I am writing this review after a year of using those tablets.I haven't been taking them regularly or every day, just when I needed them, but they really do last quite a while. I find that taking one already helps a lot. Because they are capsules, they are much easier to swallow (for me personally) than tablets. One thing I would complain about is that there is an aftertaste of the ingredients (strong herby taste), or sometimes they make you burp and taste it after, but for me the flavour is not important, it's the effects - and this really works very well, reduces bloating etc. I am not buying it again ONLY because I am going to try a different product from the same brand - digestive enzymes with probiotic complex from Terranova.I really like that they do not add unnecessary fillers, and considering that after a year I still have some left, it was definitely worth the money. However, if you need to take it every day or at least very often and you are on a really tight budget, it might not be ideal. But then remember that you pay for the quality, and something cheaper might not be as effective, or even detrimental to your digestive health, so you have to know what your priorities are.

I've taken other digestive enzymes and these are the best by far. One type I took from a well known health store and they gave me the worst pains and I was sick. These work brilliantly, digestive issues run in my family and I would feel bloated, tired and awful after a meal. Taking one of these before starting a meal has stopped all the symptoms, every single one. For example the other day I had a bacon baguette with butter as a treat, normally couldn't do that. I had one of these and felt perfectly fine afterwards, I was full after it which is normal, but not fullness as in bursting or uncomfortable which I would have been if not taking an enzyme. I also had energy afterwards, no tiredness, bloating or anything.My mum who lives with me is bedridden and has trouble digesting food. She now has one of these with her meals and feels great, I open the capsule and empty it onto her first couple of mouthfulls. She has gone from not having much appetite to eating a good amount. And she would be sick with acid, this has now disappeared and she is more regular. We both suffer with milk intolerance too and it has helped us both with that.I use other Terranova supplements and find they are great.

Order to help with serious long term IBS; bloating like a 6 month pregnant woman and constipation.First time, took with a light meal, half a slice of bread and half a bowl of cereal.Within an hour or so, I needed to go to the toilet, I was able to evacuate my bowl with ease, such a relief.2nd time, the same result with addition of bloating not happening.This doesn't happen to me, these work and for the first time I've lost weight as my digestive system is working better.Pill easy to swallow, although it has a faint smell of liquorice or something similar.

I've been taking these for three months and they have really made a difference to my digestion. I tried taking a cheaper product and could tell the difference straightaway so I went back to this product.They are a bit expensive but I would cut down on other things before I gave up these

Product was supposed to help with digestive bloating when eating a meal... the tablets are big but easy to swallow - From the reviews I was expecting miracles and help immediately after the first meal - However it played no part in helping me feel less bloated... other than leave me £20 out of pocket ... after 10 days I didn’t find any benefits from the product so I returned for refund - Bolo were ‘Amazing’ as normal- quick easy return system money refunded before the end of the day..
