Each Vitabiotics Ultra Bilberry, Lutein & Zeaxanthin tablet contains 10mg of Lutein (as free form Lutein), 2mg of Zeaxanthin and the equivalent of 500mg Bilberry from concentrated extract. The Bilberry used is a high quality extract standardised for anthocyanin content. Bilberry extract containing anthocyanins may contribute to the maintence of normal eye health through antioxidant and vascular effects. The anthocyanins may also contribute to normal blood circulation and the maintence of normal reti function. This ideal combition is produced to Vitabiotics highest standards of quality control.

Recommended by optician, good quality produce - quite difficult to pop the bubbles in pack and I have reasonable dexterity and strength, older folk might not manage

Packaging was bad, it came via Royal Mail in an open condition. Luckily the tablets were intact so I can still use it. Asvfor the tablet, the size is good enough to swallow with water and after two to three tablets have not experienced any tummy issue. Not sure how much will it help with the eyesight, but only time will tell. I will give it 4 months which means I will buy another three 30 days dosage to check any positive effect.

50+ noticed reading close up items ( mobile etc ) were getting a bit blurry. Visited optician who said I need to start using bi-focals.. Didnt like the sound of that, So, Looked at eye supplements. Although they cant(?) improve focus they are proven to help increase night vision / low light vision. Since I noticed it was easier to read smell print in strong light I gave them a try.I used a supplement called Eyesight RX which was very effective ( but expensive ) but after a month of use things recovered. Noticed blurry vision recently so decided to try these ( in combination with other product on Bolo - MacuDefence 60 Capsules - Lutein, Zeaxanthin, Bilberry and Pine Bark Along with an Essential Balance of Vitamins & Minerals ). After about 4 days I would say the blurryness has definitely improved a lot. WOrth a try. maybe with the other product which has additional stuff in them..

Seems effective! I used to take bilberry supplements daily to help to reduce my eyes drying. After changed to this one, as told it helps both day and night times which I really feel better with less blurry and drying even watching iPhone often.
