Easy to assemble, sturdy decent size and strong, the manufacturer have thought of the safety of the animal that will be trapped in the cage, before it is taken to an animal shelter or a vet.Now! I hope I catch the stray cat, i feed that visits my garden.Just want to edit! That i successfully trapped the stray, on the same day I placed the trap outside, quickly took him to the vet and hopefully, now take care of him.A little awkward to carry, but I managed.

I clicked easy to assemble but that doesn’t come into it as it’s ready to go, read that as easy to set!Well made bit of kit. Had mine since end of April and had 3 foxes, a magpie and the biggest feral cat I’ve ever seen!I wired the bait, chicken leg, to the floor at the back.Fantastic and simple. I made the mistake of putting a little copper slip grease on the trap door trigger - had to clean it off as it made it too ‘hair triggered’

Good quality, easy to use. Suggested to manufacturer that they shorten the inside lever used to set the trap as it is rather long and could hurt an animal if they were frantic. I did this easily myself and then bent it upwards to prevent any injury.The manufacturer has got back to me and said they will review this in their next production run.

My cat was missing for 10 weeks, less than 12 hours, 3 cats entered the trap and one of the cats is the missing cat. This trap is safe for animals, easy to use , clean and fit in a small car.

I bought this cage to try catch my cat that had escaped from the house (she is a house cat) i had several sightings of my cat in my garden,so i knew she was still around, i placed the cage with food in it & newspaper on the floor of cage for the very first time in the garden & within only 3 hours she was caught in the cage & back home!...a marvelous cage which was already assembled when arrived, there was no instructions with it but thats because within seconds its obvious how to set it up to use, & the extra door on top of cage to release the animal quickly is a good idea too, a great buy

The trap itself seems to be well build and comes already assembled which is very handy. It doesn't come with instructions but is very simple and easy to understand the mechanisms. The trap did arrive a little beaten up and wasn't well packaged. No bubble wrap and the box wasn't heavy duty. This unfortunately caused the cage to be warped on its underside and so I had to reshape it by hand and works fine. The trap mechanisms work really well and there is a lever which prevents the trap door to open once its closed. It's a decent size and more than enough room to capture the cute little cereal cat hiding behind my house! I haven't used it yet but will update once we have success!Update: This trap is amazing. We have caught both of the feral cats in one night. The mother cat and 9 month old kitten are now snuggled together in their new forever home with us. A little shaken but unharmed. Excellent success rate.

L'article répond tout à fait à mes attentes ! En 15 minutes, la chatte errante a été capturée et a pu être stérilisée !La livraison a été plus rapide que prévue, la trappe est déjà montée prête à l'emploi. Il n'y a pas de notice d'utilisation, mais le système n'est pas très compliqué à comprendre.Elle est de bonne qualité, me semble solide. Plusieurs avis font référence à la petite ouverture sur le haut par laquelle des chats paniqués se seraient échappés. Le fabriquant a dû en tenir compte car sur la mienne, il y a un crochet avec un ressort pour permettre à cette ouverture de bien rester fermée après avoir mis la nourriture dedans.Les quelques points à savoir après utilisation :- la poignée sur le dessus aurait pu être mise au milieu de la cage. Cela aurait permis de la porter à une main... là, ça penche car la poignée n'est pas au centre et il y a nécessité du coup de la porter à 2 mains quand le chat est dedans.- les pattes des chats peuvent passer/se coincer à travers la grilles du sol. Mettre un carton si on veut éviter que l'animal se coince et panique encore plus.Vu le prix et la qualité, malgré ces quelques bémols, je mets 5 étoiles car je suis très satisfaite !

Gabbia-Trappola 90x30x30 funzionale
The media could not be loaded. Il pacco che mi è arrivato (inviato da GLS) è molto spartano ed essenziale: scatola di cartone marrone + gabbia. Nulla di più. La gabbia è un po' cara (83 €) ma non è tale da inficiare il rapporto qualità/prezzo.Appena aperto, mi ha confortato la qualità dei materiali, più che buona. Materiale ferroso, abbastanza resistente, ben verniciato di verde. Assemblaggio antinfortunistico.La mia preoccupazione ha riguardato il funzionamento, molto semplice e intuitivo ma con una complicazione iniziale: il meccanismo prevede che, al passaggio dell'animale, il piano interno obliquo si abbassi col peso di una parte del corpo dell'animale (classicamente le zampe) e scatti la trappola cioè che si chiuda lo sportello. Ora, sarà solo la mia gabbia o saranno tutte le gabbie, il piano obliquo non si abbassa con un semplice peso quale può essere quello di un piccolo animale. Io ho risolto il problema in questo modo: abbasso un poco il piano obliquo, quasi fino al punto in cui sta per scattare, in modo che sia sufficiente il peso dato dall'animale. Ho mostrato la soluzione in una foto: la freccia verde indica la posizione del piano che permette facilmente alla trappola di scattare, la freccia rossa indica la posizione del piano che ostacola il funzionamento.Consiglio, oltre al cibo da posizionare in fondo alla gabbia, di spargere o mettere piccolissimi pezzettini di cibo dall'entrata della gabbia fino in fondo alla gabbia, tipo effetto Pollicino.PS: ho usato la gabbia per la cattura di un gatto randagio che volevo adottare ed ha funzionato in modo sensazionale. A natale 2019 era scomparsa la mia gatta (non aveva il GPS) a cui ero molto affezionato e non riuscivo a darmi pace. In precedenza avevo dato i figli della mia gatta a delle persone e poi nel 2023 ho saputo che nel paese accanto si trovava un nipote della gatta, abbandonato, unico superstite rimasto, al quale una signora dava del cibo. Non sapevo come fare, avevo perso le speranze, e finalmente ora riuscire a prenderlo è stato un sollievo, non mi ridarà la mia gatta ma lenisce un po' e le assomiglia molto. Per il momento è in magazzino in modo che non scappi, dovrò farlo abituare piano piano al nuovo ambiente. Gli darò la compagnia di una gattina e spero che faccia dei gattini.
