I don't normally buy grocery on Bolo, I bought these Loacker wafers because it is almost impossible to find them in London. For those who haven't tried these before, these are amazing, they are simply the best wafers you can buy from a supermarket (or from Bolo, in this case.) "Napolitaner", hazelnut flavoured, is my favourite.Love this. So yummy, crispy and delicate. Sweet but not too sweet and has lovely chocolate and nut flavour. The size of individuak packs is great to carry in your bag for a snack. Great product buy by the box it's much better value . Lovely treat with a cup of tea or coffee.For connoisseurs who are looking for exactly what they would get in Italy though, there were two issues with packaging. One, the travails of transport and delivery from Bolo slightly crumpled a couple of the biscuits at the top of the pack. Two, the packaging of the individual packets somehow don't tear apart in two as well as the ones you get in Italy. I wonder if the packets made for export are made by a different factory, or somehow not to the same standard? The biscuits still taste as good though!

These are 75p a pack. You get 14 wafers so works out at 5p and some change per wafer. They are thin wafers that are kid sized, perfect for little hands but lacking for adult servings. I have included a picture of a teaspoon for comparison.They are also a little tasteless. They have a nice crunch when biting into it but as soon as you taste the filling you get the impression it wants to be more like nutella hazelnut but it fades real quick and doesn't amount to any hit whatsoever. Almost like they've watered down the cream mixture to make it last longer.I should have known as it states " New and Improved Recipe" on the pack but we all know this is actually industry speak for "Cost Cutting Equals Lesser Product That You Used To Know". I have seen it before where the newer product is of lower quality than the previous same product before "New and Improved" came along and reared its ugly corporate profit obsessed head.
